The space bears a total of 28 stories out of which the initial 4 stories involve parking spaces while the following twelve floors; 6th to 17th floors accommodate six 2-bedroom apartments, four 3-bedroom apartments and three 1-bedroom apartments. The 18th & 19th floor of the building holds six 2-bedroom apartments and two 1-bedroom apartments, leaving maximum space for open view activities and amenities. The façade area covering the parking floors contain extruded boxes with alternative vertical and horizontal louvers. The two divided wings consist of a glass lift shaft running centrally. The use of glass as the primary material creates a sleek and justified modern structure.
