Z.A. VISTA (PLOT 69, 70)
Z.A. Vista is one the most complicated yet immensely mesmerizing structure produced by the architect. The building covers an area of 1542 sq. yds, housing both commercial as well as residential spaces. The 18-story structure accommodates a large variety of spaces; shops on the basement and ground floor, apartments on the floor levels exceeding from 1st to 17th floor and penthouses on the last floor.
The structural composition of the building displays abstract formations creating wave like movements on the façade. These irregular extrusions act as the primary displayed feature creating an unwavering interest in the design.
